Most of the documents in this file consist of correspondence and budget estimates. This file contains letters either addressed to or written by SMA Razvi, Finance and Accounts Officer, GS Sidhu, Director-General of CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research), and many more. This also has a draft of 'The report of the Committee appointed by the Governing Body under the Chairmanship of Dr. Paintal to consider the expansion programme of the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Hyderabad' in the form of an enclosure.
