The file contains administrative and budgetary records pertaining to the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) from March to May 1985. Most of the documents are administrative letters. This file contains letters either addressed to or written by MV Ramakrishnan, Internal Financial Adviser of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), BK Bachhawat, Director of the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology, and many more.
