This file contains mostly correspondence about the collaboration between the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Hyderabad, India, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda, Maryland. This file has two copies of the same letter from November 1985. However, both copies are retained since one has an annotation.
