Scope and content

This file contains letters pertaining to the inauguration of Jonaki, a new complex at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), as well as the symposium on 'Frontiers of Tomorrow in Biology'. Both of these events occurred almost concurrently in the year 1987. The names in these letters and telegrams are either not present or are illegible. These are arranged chronologically for the most part; however, there are a few letters without dates that are kept at the end of this file. This also has two handwritten notes that are not illegible and are retained at the end of the file.
