This file contains correspondence pertaining to the press regarding Jonaki's inauguration and symposium, Frontiers of Tomorrow in Biology. Both of these events occurred almost concurrently in 1987. The letters in this file are arranged from Shankar to Selvam. While correspondence predominates in this file, there are also numerous undated documents present. This file contains letters either addressed to or written by PS Shankar, Editor of the Publications and Information Directorate; G Selvam, Station Director, All India Radio, Government of India; and many more. This also has many other documents, like 'Portfolios of Ministers', 'List of Newspapers and Other News/Media Agencies' and 'Material to be Sent to Dr Sunil Kothari for his Write-up on the CCMB'.
