A new building was inaugurated at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) on November 26, 1987, which was dedicated to former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. This file contains a bound volume containing all photocopies of the correspondence pertaining to the same. All letters and telegrams in this bound volume were received between November 1987 and January 1988.
