The file encompasses a collection of administrative and budgetary records pertaining to the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) from January to March of 1980. The majority of the documents are administrative letters and memoranda; however, there are also a few invoices and a small handwritten note. This file contains letters either addressed to or written by JS Bhatnagar, Administrative Officer of RRL (Regional Research Laboratory), GS Sidhu, Director of CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research), and many more.
