The file contains administrative and budgetary records pertaining to the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) from May to September 1985. Most of the records are memoranda, letters, and budget estimates. This file contains letters either addressed to or written by OP Saxena, Deputy Secretary of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), MV Ramakrishnan, Internal Financial Adviser of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), and many more. The letter by OP Saxena has a Hindi version of the same letter on the verso of the same page.
