This file contains letters pertaining to the inauguration of Jonaki, a new complex at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), as well as the symposium on 'Frontiers of Tomorrow in Biology'. Both of these events occurred almost concurrently in the year 1987. The letters in this file are arranged from Janson to Kothari. This file contains letters either addressed to or written by Vinay Jha, Executive Director of the National Institute of Design, AP Joshi, Scientist-in-Charge, CSIR Centre for Biochemicals, and many more. This file also contains a letter addressed to KN Johry, Head of International Scientific Collaboration, Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, containing the passport information of two scientists, Edwin D Becker and John C Kendrew. This includes three handwritten letters. Enclosures are retained as found.
