Both of these events occurred almost concurrently in the year 1987. The letters in this file are arranged from Vanyushin to Yagi. This file contains letters either addressed to or written by Inder M Verma, The Salk Institute, Gudrun Vogel, the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany, and many more. A letter addressed to PM Bhargava by Vogul contains a card as an enclosure, which is retained as found. There is also a telegram from the German Consulate on behalf of Vogul.
