This file contains letters and a circular exchanged between PM Bhargava and various scientists from October to December 1959 regarding organizing a meeting for experts in biochemistry in India. The scientists addressed in these letters include Pushpa, P S Sarma and G P Talwar, among others. The venue was decided as Mulk Raj Anand's estate at Khandala after a quick verification.
