This file contains correspondence regarding PM Bhargava's invitation to attend the Seminar on Management of Scientific Research Laboratories held in Hyderabad at the Administrative Staff College of India from 10-12 October, 1970. The file contains the seminar's schedule as well as the names of group members and rapporteurs. Also a paper titled 'History of Science: Coordinator's Paper' by BV Subbarayappa and one paper titled 'Creation of a Scientific Outlook and the Popularization of Science' by PM Bhargava, KT Achaya, and Bharat Bhushan.
