Rajiv Gandhi, who was the prime minister of India at the time, inaugurated this in 1987. This file contains letters either addressed to or written by the Secretary of the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, Subba Rao, the Joint Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, and many more. The first letter in this file, from Subba Rao, has an enclosure, which is retained as found. This file includes two handwritten notes, which, like the other documents in the file, are maintained in chronological order. Additionally, this file contains an additional handwritten note that doesn't have an exact date and is preserved at the end of the file.
