(From the WSF Charter of Principles). The III World Social Forum was held at Porto Alegre from January 23 - 28, 2003 and was organized by WSF International Council. The Asian Social Forum was organized by WSF India, and held in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, between 2 - 7 January, 2003.
