This file contains mostly documents about the collaboration between the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi, India, and the Imperial Cancer Research Fund (ICRF), London, United Kingdom. The documents are from October 1987. This file has a handwritten letter from Vasanta Subramanian addressed to PM Bhargava.
