This file includes documents pertaining to the collaboration between the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) and the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for conducting life science experiments on NASA's Spacelab. This file contains a letter from 28 January 1981. This letter is sent by MK Tiwari, the Non-Member Secretary of the Advisory Committee on Space Sciences (ADCOS), regarding the second meeting of the ADCOS. This letter also contains a document titled 'Minutes of the Second Meeting of the Advisory Committee for Space Sciences Held at ISRO Satellite Centre on November 20, 1980' as an enclosure, which is retained as found.
