This file contains a reimbursement form filled out by the Finance and Account Officer of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research. This file includes appendices in the form of proof documents submitted by PM Bhargava. These documents are proof of the expenses paid for attending the first conference held during the 'International Conference on Ethics, Science and Moral Philosophy of Assisted Human Reproduction' in London, UK, from September 29 to October 1, 2004.
