The date, venue and other arrangements were fixed and intimated to the invitees through a circular. The arrangements for supplying meals for the invitees in the informal meeting for two days was discussed. The scientists addressed in these letters include V Jagannathan, D Ghosh, Raghavendra Rao, among others.
