The proposed dates for both events were scheduled for 1986 in this letter. This also has two notices titled 'For the Kind Attention of Invitees to the 26th November 1987 Function at the CCMB' and 'RE: Scientific meetings being organized from 19th December 1987 at the time of the formal dedication of the new CCMB complex by the Prime Minister'. Two copies of the second notice are retained since one is an edited version of the other. This notice also has the list of 'Participants from the CCMB'.
