New Quest was published by the Indian Association for Cultural Freedom. This has a special interest in translated creative writing from Indian languages. This magazine covers the period from November 1978 to December 1978. This is the 12th volume of the magazine. Even though the founder editor is AB Shah, this volume was edited by Dilip Chitre and VK Sinha. The magazine contains a document labelled 'Index 78' which is retained at the end of the magazine.
