    可降解超低功耗人工突触研制成功 将记忆保持时间延长至近百分钟

    　　科技日报北京12月22日电 (记者刘霞)韩国蔚山科学技术院科学家研发出一种完全可生物降解、性能稳定且能耗极低的人工突触，其由贝壳、豆类和植物纤维等天然环保材料制成，能将记忆保持时间延长至近100分钟。这种装置不仅为可持续神经形态技术的发展开辟了新方向，也有助缓解电子垃圾激增等问题。相关成果发表于最新一期《自然·通讯》杂志。 　　传统人工突触常受限于功耗高、寿命短，为攻克这些难题，团队采用天然可生物降解聚合物，构建出分层结构，设计了这款能模拟大脑突触功能的仿生装置。 　　该装置结构类似微型“三明治”：两层离子活性层之间，夹着一层由植物茎提取的醋酸纤维素制成的离子结合层，其余材料则来源于贝壳与豆类。通电时，装置内的钠离子(功能类似天然神经递质)被释放，通过界面结合产生“离子—偶极耦合”效应。即使在停止刺激后，部分离子仍可保留，使装置能产生级联响应，支持短期与长期记忆等多种突触可塑性。 　　尤为突出的是，这种人工突触的记忆保持时间长达100分钟，创下目前可生物降解突触的最长纪录。同时，其能耗极低——每次信号传递仅消耗0.85飞焦耳，远低于自然脑突触每次活动所需的2.4—24飞焦耳。 　　除性能优越外，该设备还具有完全生物降解特性。其离子活性层与结合层在土壤中约16天即可自然分解，所用材料如醋酸纤维素等均对环境安全，分解后不残留有害物质。 　　团队还通过一个简易机器人系统展示了其应用潜力：当设备感知到热时，内部离子运动可放大信号，触发机械手迅速从高温物体撤回，模拟人类的反射行为。这预示着未来或可开发出能够学习、响应环境刺激，并在完成任务后无害化消失的环保机器人。 　　团队表示，这一成果同步攻克了人工突触在超低功耗、稳定性、耐用性与生物降解性等方面的多项难题，是开发能与环境安全交互并最终自然消融的神经形态设备的重要进展。 　　【总编辑圈点】 　　突触是大脑中神经元相互连接的节点，是信息传递和记忆形成的关键部位。科学家试图制造出能模拟大脑突触的电子器件，希望它像人脑一样高效且低功耗。传统电子突触都用金属材料制成，此次科研团队用自然材料制造出了一种绿色电子元件。它巧妙地采用了一种“三明治”结构，耗能比自然脑突触所需能量还低，记忆保存时间可长达100分钟，还能在土壤环境中实现完全降解。这一成果向我们证明，科技的高性能和自然的可持续发展可以兼得。 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
