    　　“无保护”攀岩真的无保护吗？(秒懂体育) 　　在不规则的岩缝中攀爬，松手，坠入水域……最近流行的这种“无保护”攀岩，名为深水抱石，是结合攀岩与跳水的极限运动。运动者通常在不使用绳索和保护器的情况下，攀爬悬垂于深水区域的海崖、湖泊岩壁等，脱落时直接落入水中缓冲。 　　进行这项运动具有危险性，需要充分保护。运动者要通过自由潜水二星考核，可闭气2分钟以上、下潜16米。尝试前务必完成海事救援等相关课程认证，禁止单人无护航进行。 　　攀爬时，必须掌握专业动作和技术要领。利用钟摆原理在岩壁摆荡，寻找发力点。粉袋挂于腰间，每3—4个动作双手拍粉一次。起跳时双腿发力蹬壁，身体后仰展开，避免前倾翻滚；入水时双腿并拢，手臂紧贴身体，脚先入水，防止“拍水面”伤及内脏。落水后蝶泳式上浮，避免被浪推向岩壁。 　　此外，必须有专业设备与团队保障。攀岩鞋选用排水设计款，安全浮具至少需2艘护航船，配备救援系统，还需配备包含破伤风针剂与便携式氧气瓶在内的医疗包。运动前要查询当地潮汐表，避免涨潮淹没起步点或退潮暴露礁石。无人机或潜水员预先扫描水下地形，标记安全入水区与危险区。 　　(本报记者 曾华锋整理) 　　《人民日报》(2025年12月26日 第 17 版) 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
