    重污染天，能不出门尽量不出门

    　　长沙晚报12月22日讯(全媒体记者 杨蔚然 通讯员 李娜)冬季的重污染天气对人体健康尤其是呼吸系统健康构成潜在威胁。湖南航天医院呼吸与危重症医学科主任、主任医师周治平表示，老人、儿童、孕妇以及患有慢性呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病的敏感人群，需警惕重污染天气带来的健康影响。 　　周治平介绍，当空气质量指数持续高于150，意味着空气中细颗粒物(PM2.5/PM10)、臭氧、二氧化氮等污染物浓度显著升高。这些微小的颗粒物和有害气体，可以直接随着呼吸进入鼻腔、气管、支气管直至肺泡。短期影响上，可刺激呼吸道，引发或加重咳嗽、咳痰、咽喉痛、胸闷、气短等症状。长期风险上，反复或长期暴露，会损害呼吸道防御功能，增加患慢性支气管炎、哮喘、慢阻肺(COPD)等慢性呼吸道疾病的风险，并可能影响心血管健康。 　　因此，易感人群需加强防护。一是慢性呼吸道疾病患者，如哮喘、慢阻肺、支气管扩张、肺纤维化等患者，污染天气极易诱发旧疾急性加重，导致呼吸困难，甚至需住院治疗；二是心血管疾病患者，空气污染与心脑血管事件密切相关，此类患者需将呼吸与心血管健康共同守护；三是儿童、孕妇及老年人，儿童肺部处在发育中，老年人机能减退，孕妇则关乎母婴健康，他们的抵抗力相对较弱，更易受到伤害。 　　周治平提醒，可将以下措施作为呼吸健康的必备“处方”。 　　减少暴露是第一原则。污染天气能不出门，尽量不出门，尤其是老年人和慢性疾病患者，取消不必要的户外活动、锻炼等。中小学、幼儿园应减少户外课程。必须外出时，要正确佩戴能有效防护PM2.5的口罩(如标有KN95/N95或同等标准的口罩)，并确保贴合面部，普通纱布、棉布口罩防护效果有限。 　　打造清洁的室内“安全区”。污染严重时段，应关闭门窗，减少室外污染渗入。有条件的家庭可使用空气净化器，注意定期更换滤芯。 　　调整活动，舒缓身心。可将户外运动改为室内活动，如练瑜伽、打太极拳、跳室内健身操等，保持适量运动。 　　加强健康监测与护理。慢病患者需规律用药，哮喘、慢阻肺患者应遵医嘱规律使用维持药物，随身携带急救药(如缓解哮喘的吸入剂)，切勿擅自停药。关注症状，及时就医，一旦出现明显的呼吸困难、胸痛、头晕、咳嗽咳痰急剧加重等情况，应立即就医，不要硬扛。 　　周治平表示，重污染天气的防护，离不开科学的认知与细致的行动。如果在重污染天气中出现呼吸道不适，或有呼吸疾病相关的疑问，可及时到正规医院的呼吸专科，找医生提供专业、及时的解答与指导。 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
