    “呵护”脑血管关键在“稳”

    　　本报讯(首席记者 马相)冬至刚过，气温骤降让人体血管进入“脆弱期”。临床数据显示，每年11月到次年2月是脑血管病的高发季，脑出血、脑梗死等风险显著上升。如何在寒冬里守护好“生命通道”，让血管安稳过冬？记者采访了陕西省人民医院全科医学科医生张李娜，为大家带来防护指南。 　　“冬至过后，冷空气活动愈发频繁，血管受低温刺激容易收缩，血压波动也会变大，尤其是有高血压、糖尿病等基础病的人群，更要格外留意。”张李娜介绍，冬季脑血管病高发，与多重因素相关：低温会让交感神经兴奋，导致血管收缩、弹性降低，易引发血压升高；同时血液黏稠度增加，血栓形成风险上升，再加上冬季户外活动减少、热量摄入增多，这些都给脑血管健康埋下隐患。 　　脑血管病发作往往猝不及防，快速识别症状是救命关键。张李娜提醒，牢记“BEFAST”口诀，能在第一时间捕捉大脑的“报警信号”：B(平衡)指突发行走困难、平衡失调；E(眼睛)指视力骤降、视物重影；F(面部)指口角歪斜、面部不对称；A(胳膊)指单侧肢体无力、麻木下垂；S(言语)指说话含糊、理解困难；T(时间)则强调，一旦出现上述症状，需立即拨打120急救电话，切勿拖延。“除此之外，突然的剧烈头痛、眩晕、行走不稳，也可能是脑血管病的前兆，同样不能忽视。”张李娜说。 　　对于有脑血管病史或基础病的人群，药物预防是重中之重。张李娜特别强调，一定要遵医嘱定时定量服药，像阿司匹林、他汀类降脂药、降压药等预防性药物，需要长期维持有效血药浓度才能发挥作用，千万不能觉得症状稳定就擅自减量或停药。她还提醒，冬季感冒咳嗽时，服用其他药物前要告知医生正在服用的心脑血管药物，避免某些成分导致血压升高。 　　生活里的小细节，更是守护脑血管的“第一道防线”。采访时，张李娜给出了一套实用的日常防护方案。 　　早晚起床要遵循“三个半分钟”，醒来后躺半分钟、坐起等半分钟、双腿下垂再坐半分钟，避免突然起身引发低血压；出门务必戴好帽子、围巾，做好头颈部保暖，从室内到室外可在楼道稍作缓冲，适应温差变化；饮食以低盐低脂为主，多吃新鲜蔬果，睡前和晨起喝一小杯温开水，有助于降低血液黏稠度。 　　“洗澡时间最好控制在15分钟内，先调好水温让浴室充满热气再进入，饥饿或饱餐后别洗澡。”张李娜补充道，运动要选在上午10点后或下午等温暖时段，选择散步、太极拳等温和方式，避免剧烈运动；同时要保持情绪平稳，多与家人朋友沟通，缓解冬季日照短带来的情绪低落。 　　“冬季脑血管保护，关键在‘稳’——血压稳、情绪稳、生活节奏稳。”张李娜表示，只要做好科学防护，就能有效降低脑血管病风险，让大家在寒冬里也能守护好身体健康。 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
