    海南：22款App违法违规收集使用个人信息被责令限期整改

    　　中新网海口12月23日电 (黄方舟)海南省互联网信息办公室22日透露，2025年第四季度，该办对移动应用程序违法违规收集使用个人信息等突出问题进行集中采集检测，结果显示22款App均存在不同程度的违法违规收集使用个人信息行为。 　　当前，海南省互联网信息办公室集中向社会通报并责令相关运营单位限期整改。 　　为切实加强移动互联网应用程序违法违规收集使用个人信息专项治理工作，海南省互联网信息办公室2025年第四季度持续开展移动互联网应用程序违法违规收集使用个人信息专项治理。结果显示，托卡的梦想生活、流浪汉模拟器2、马桶人盖瑞模组、铁锈战争盒子、城市猎人计划、边境丧尸检察官、消灭怪兽模拟、边境检察官：缉私警察、Qiz、Privyrealm、爱旅房车、映心、睦聊、甜蜜蜜、一挪就成、询光领航者、实时导航通、玖宇万合剧场、惠豆生物、和稷创、家有好物、猫狸盘搜等22款APP，均存在不同程度的非法获取、超范围收集、未明示收集用途表述等违规行为。 　　海南省互联网信息办公室重点提示，移动互联网应用程序运营者应严格遵守法律法规，在运营过程中遵守合法、正当、必要和诚信原则，切实履行保护用户个人信息权益主体责任，采取必要技术防护措施规范个人信息处理活动，确保个人信息安全。广大网民可对日常使用的应用程序进行用户自查，如发现参照相关法律法规违规行为时，可通过相应渠道进行投诉举报。 　　2026年，海南省网信部门将持续常态化开展移动应用程序个人信息保护专项治理，紧密结合海南自贸港全岛封关后可能增加的跨境数据流动与用户个人信息权益保护需求，进一步规范移动应用程序行业秩序，构建高效便捷安全的数据跨境流动机制，通过巡查监测、行业培训、责令整改等措施，营造法治化、规范化、安全化的网络环境。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
