    广西忻城石漠化治理交出亮眼答卷 “石头山”变“财富山”

    　　中新网广西来宾12月23日电 (吴骆霞)石山面积占比超过65%的广西来宾市忻城县，曾因土地贫瘠、生态脆弱而发展受限。如今，这里的荒山石岭被成片金银花与桑树覆盖，不仅有效遏制了石漠化，更带动全县相关产业年产值突破1.5亿元(人民币，下同)，走出了一条“生态修复+产业兴旺”的可持续发展之路。 　　12月22日，忻城县县长沈国章在新闻发布会上，向外界分享了这份来自喀斯特山区的“绿色答卷”。 图为发布会现场。　吴骆霞 摄 　　忻城县石山多、耕地少，生态脆弱。近年来，当地摒弃单一治理思维，将石漠化治理与特色产业培育相结合，探索出“任豆+桑树”“金银花纯林”等复合造林模式，以产业发展带动石漠化治理，有效遏制了土地石漠化趋势。 　　在忻城县北更乡，曾经的石山如今已被成片的金银花覆盖。2025年，该乡金银花种植面积逾7万亩，带动全县种植超过10万亩，年产值突破1.5亿元，种植户年均收入超过万元。当地流传的山歌形象描绘了这一转变：“任豆树下金银花，治了环境又发家，先摘花来后收树，石头山上能致富。” 图为在广西忻城县北更乡弄兰村，身着民族服饰的姑娘们忙着摘金银花。蓝德龙 摄 　　忻城县按照石漠化治理4个原则协调推进治理工作，将“治石”与“治贫”有机结合，在石漠化治理中促进生态和产业共荣。通过封山育林与补植结合，忻城县石漠化地区森林结构持续优化，水源涵养、水土保持功能增强，每年减少土壤流失约16.49万吨，涵养水源289.65万吨，生物多样性得到有效保护。按照“封山育林与解决烧柴问题结合、退耕还林与土地整治结合、植树造林与发展经济林果结合、恢复生态与劳务输出易地搬迁结合”模式，发展“任豆+”林业产业和林下金银花产业，以石漠化治理促进产业发展，以产业发展反哺石漠化治理，有效遏制了石漠化发展，忻城县森林覆盖率由2000年的30.6%增长到2024年的48.3%。 　　沈国章表示，未来，忻城将继续在石漠化区域探索森林康养、碳汇交易等新业态，让更多“石头山”变成造福群众的“财富山”。(完) 【编辑:惠小东】|dfg|
