    视频：改革者 正青春｜“峡客”青年如何让“船舶楼梯”丝滑运转？来源：现代+ 　　党的二十届四中全会提出，优化区域经济布局，促进区域协调发展。长江作为水上运输大动脉，素有“黄金水道”之称，在我国经济高质量发展中发挥着重要作用。 　　近年来，三峡船闸保持安全稳定高效运行，助力长江“黄金水道”航运效益充分发挥。日前，青青改革者、长江三峡通航管理局三峡船闸管理处维修部副主管胡航，讲述了她如何通过改革创新，让“船舶楼梯”丝滑运转，提升“黄金水道”的通航效率。 　　湖北宜昌的长江江面，船只往来穿梭，一派繁忙。一条畅通无阻的三峡枢纽过坝通道，不仅是大宗物资运输的通道，更是沿江区域经济联动、产业协作的血脉走廊。 　　“大船爬楼梯，小船坐电梯”，“楼梯”是指三峡双线五级船闸，“电梯”是指三峡升船机。它们同为三峡枢纽过坝通道的重要组成部分，不仅规模宏大、技术领先，更是骄傲地创造了多项“世界之最”。 　　2018年4月24日，习近平总书记在考察三峡工程时指出，三峡工程的成功建成和运转，使多少代中国人开发和利用三峡资源的梦想变为现实，成为改革开放以来我国发展的重要标志。这是我国社会主义制度能够集中力量办大事优越性的典范，是中国人民富于智慧和创造性的典范，是中华民族日益走向繁荣强盛的典范。 　　据长江三峡通航管理局数据统计，自2003年6月18日正式向社会船舶开放通航以来，三峡船闸已安全稳定运行22周年。累计运行21.5万闸次，通过船舶107.4万余艘次、旅客1229.1万余人次，过闸货运量达22.4亿吨，助力长江“黄金水道”充分释放黄金效益，为我国内河航运及沿江经济发展作出突出贡献。 　　硬核数据彰显着“黄金水道”的活力。不过，三峡船闸的维护也是一个世界级难题。据悉，三峡船闸每检修一天，就有近70艘船、约28万吨货物受阻，直接影响通航效率。 　　为了提升故障应急处理能力，最大限度减少因设备检修造成通航中断，胡航创新研发了一套“应急箱”，即拿即走，5分钟之内就能赶到故障处理现场，一个移泊间隙就能解决问题。“以前靠个人经验，现在靠标准流程。我们改的不只是装备，更是理念。”胡航补充说，标准化的流程让“操作小白”也能从容应对。 　　“我们既是改革的见证者、也是传承者。”胡航的话，道出了新一代三峡人的心声。从三峡工程建设者们攻克技术难关的艰苦创业，到如今青年技术骨干的创新接力，正是这种精神传承，让三峡船闸的运行稳定性持续提升。“站在前辈的肩膀上创新的人还有很多，我们的目标就是让三峡通航始终稳定高效，为中国式现代化注入青春力量。” 　　在三峡通航领域，这样的改革创新从未停歇。从万吨船闸的平稳运行到“黄金水道”的高效畅通，这条承载着民族梦想的长江航道，正因为有了青年人的改革接力，愈发充满澎湃动能。 　　为深入学习宣传贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，凝聚强国建设、民族复兴的磅礴力量，由中共江苏省委网信办出品、现代快报+制作、中国互联网发展基金会中国正能量网络传播专项基金支持的“改革者 正青春”(“我比任何时候更懂你”第五季)网络主题宣传30集系列短视频通过全国22座城市30位青青改革者的沉浸式、场景化讲述，展现了各地、各行业深化改革、创新创造的生动实践，激发广大网民特别是青年网民以奋斗之姿、创新之能推进中国式现代化。 　　现代快报/现代+记者 李楠/文 高航/编导 丁碧轩 穆子建/摄 赵堃雅/后期 王雨/设计 【编辑:王琴】|dfg|
