    流感特效药怎么吃才有效

    　　近期，全国多地进入流感高发期。记者走访发现，多家药店内，购买感冒、发热、咳嗽类药物的顾客明显增多。美团买药健康指数显示，12月以来，华东地区上海、杭州、宁波、苏州等地甲流药品订单量周环比上涨超80%，其中玛巴洛沙韦订单量周增幅翻番；中部地区如武汉，甲流药品订单量周环比上涨超95%，玛巴洛沙韦订单量增幅达120%。 　　中国疾控中心近期发布的全国呼吸道传染病哨点监测结果也显示，当前，我国流感疫情处于高流行水平。流感季如何科学合理用药，才能既避免盲目囤药、过量用药，又防范“病急乱用药”，从而达到避免感染、缩短病程的目的？记者就此采访了相关专家。 　　北京儿童医院顺义妇儿医院儿科副主任、主任医师孙雪梅介绍，目前临床常用的抗流感病毒药物主要包括神经氨酸酶抑制剂类的磷酸奥司他韦(口服制剂)和帕拉米韦(静脉注射制剂)，以及RNA聚合酶抑制剂类的玛巴洛沙韦。此外，昂拉地韦、玛舒拉沙韦等新药也已陆续上市。不同药物的适用人群、最佳用药时机及疗程不同，磷酸奥司他韦适用人群范围较广，可用于2周龄以上儿童及成人，常规疗程为5天，重症或免疫抑制患者可延长至10天至14天，并可用于3月龄以上人群的流感预防，推荐疗程为7天；玛巴洛沙韦适用于5岁以上患者，全程仅需服用1次。 　　针对公众关注的预防儿童流感的问题，孙雪梅表示，流感暴发期间，几类特定儿童可考虑药物预防，包括接种流感疫苗2周内尚未获得最佳免疫力的高危儿童、免疫功能受损或接种疫苗后未产生足够保护性免疫反应的高危儿童、流行毒株与疫苗株不匹配时的流感并发症高风险儿童及其家庭成员和密切接触者、家庭内流感暴露且未接种当季疫苗的儿童、医院内流感暴露的住院儿童、严重免疫缺陷儿童接触流感病人后以及未接种疫苗且家庭成员有重症流感基础性疾病的既往健康儿童。对符合预防性用药指征者建议尽量于暴露后48小时内用药，连用至末次暴露后7天；即便未能在暴露后48小时内用药，仍建议进行预防给药。需要注意的是，不常规推荐3月龄以下的婴儿使用药物预防流感。 　　专家建议，轻症患者应居家做好防护、注意休息并对症处理，症状加重时需及时用药就医。尤其是重症或有重症高危因素的临床诊断病例，应尽早给予经验性抗病毒治疗。(经济日报记者 吴佳佳) 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
